    • A comprehensive review of unemployment returns for errors
    • A comprehensive review of termination forms
    • Acquire POA for State Unemployment Tax Act (SUTA)
    • Recalculate the last 3 years of unemployment returns and rates based on termination forms (or estimated termination forms)
    • Instillation of Unemployment Form
    • Unemployment Form Reviews
    • Assure timely response to claims by acquiring address of record
    • Review of Rate Letters from SUTA for accuracy and recalculation
    • Contest unemployment claims deemed invalid or contestable from issuance to hearing
    • Analyze savings based on a voluntary contribution to unemployment account

  • Flat monthly fee, which can be added to payroll revenue, or billed if you are not a TPC payroll client
  • 100+ employees – $3,500-$5,000 annually
  • Fewer than 100 employees – $2,000-$3,000 annually


  • Clients will receive a quarterly report of claim processing
  • Clients will receive an annual report of rate audit following the initial report of the prior year’s audit
